Bluegrass Clinics Expands Mental Health Services and Acquires Serenity Salon and Spa

Glasgow, KY - Bluegrass Clinics is proud to announce the acquisition of Serenity Salon and Spa, located at 106 Shane Dr Suite 30, Glasgow, KY 42141 in Festival Plaza, effective July 1, 2023. Bluegrass Clinics is owned by James and Danielle Isenberg and was established at the onset of the pandemic. It is the umbrella company that encompasses Bluegrass Vein Clinic, Totality Wellness Club, and the newly renamed and rebranded Phases Mental & Behavioral Health (formally known as Bluegrass Mental Health).

"We are very excited to welcome Bluegrass Clinics to Festival Plaza," said Larry Glass, Chief Executive Officer at Glass Enterprises, LLC and co-owner of Festival Plaza and Associates, LLC. "We are always eager to do business with local ownership because it works for the local economy and we look forward to a long-term relationship with James and Danielle."

Bluegrass Clinics will be expanding Phases Mental & Behavioral Health and relocating from 201 Professional Park Drive, Glasgow, Kentucky to the Festival Plaza location. Available services include guided meditation, various group therapy offerings, individual and family counseling, play therapy for children up to age 12 and therapeutic services for teens. Phases Mental & Behavioral Health is committed to providing the highest level of care through evidence-based practices.

In addition to mental health services, Bluegrass Clinics will continue to offer salon services under the leadership of Totality Wellness Club staff. The company is eager to welcome current Serenity Salon and Spa clients and looks forward to providing them with exceptional service. Bluegrass Clinics intends to honor all currently scheduled appointments and services at the 106 Shane Drive location, formally known as Serenity Salon and Spa. While there will be no immediate changes to the space, more information about future developments are coming soon.

With this expansion, Bluegrass Clinics has immediate openings within the salon, spa, vein clinic and mental health clinic. The company is dedicated to reflecting the culturally diverse community they serve and are seeking qualified candidates that support these core values. Bluegrass Clinics is currently seeking to fill several positions including Licensed Professional Counselor Associates (LPCAs), experienced sonographers, certified nail technicians, braiders, barbers, and cosmetologists who specialize in providing services to children.
